Having the analysis functionality of SiteMonitor in a seperate, stand-alone module enables a streamlined workflow for geo-technicians and structural engineers. Data integrity is preserved as operators are unable to interfere with the raw data - that is, the results of the monitoring surveys, comparisons and classifications.
However, full access is granted to inspect the data and a variety of tools are provided, including 1D, 2D and 3D visualisations, horizontal and vertical cross-sections, and range, displacement and displacement rate graphs.
The screengrab below shows the results of a monitoring project at a large open pit mine over a 9 month period. The selected box includes 105 measurement nodes and the time-series graph at the bottom shows the average results of range difference or displacemenr (as well as the spread of measurements).
It can clearly be seen that from mid-September onwards there is a significantly more displacement which ultimately resulted in failure of this part of the wall.

The screengrab below shows the results of a monitoring project which is studying an old manor house that is thought to be subsiding. The blue shading towards the top of the building indicates a range increase (i.e., movement away from the scanner), and further surveys are likely to confirm this initial observation.
The blue box surrounds an area of data containing 5,200 measured points, and the graph in the lower area of the screen shows displacement values form this selection. The average measured displacement for this area is calculated at -0.1mm, at an average range of 8.2m.
